Amazing villa by the beach, very private and quiet. The surroundings are amazing, with beautiful sunsets and sunrise hillside. There a spa room too by the pool. This villa is highly recommended for families or friends holidays.

Having the whole villa to ourselves with the big pool that is good enough for 8 of us. Pool is also well-maintained. There is a staff who will clean the pool daily. Having the beach in front is pleasant as the wind makes it cooling. We get to see sunset daily. View is wonderful from villa. Villa area is serene. Bed was comfortable. Rooms are cleaned daily. Staffs are friendly and will attend to our needs. I think what makes our stay very pleasant was the staffs whom we were able to communicate with easily and they tried their best to accommodate to our requests or needs. Beach isn't swimmable and some parts of the beach is rather littered. Top part of toilet is partly exposed, hence, insects & lizards could get in easily. There was a certain smell that will come out from the drainage in toilet and water pressure gets weak when top and bottom toilets were both used at same time. The massage room wasn't maintained very well but can still be used. Breakfast provided was simple. We Grab food at times. Communication with manager could have been better, she was responsive but not so informative or welcoming. If there is a pool table on the second floor, that would utilise the space.

Amazing spot, we loved it here so much that one of our friends chose to propose to his partner right in the front beach! The security guard, cleaners, and chef all made us feel so welcomed and everything with the place worked perfectly! We never had to figure anything out, just an amazing relaxing experience and super convenient location!

Beautiful house and the crashing ocean waves sounds, just a peaceful environment. Well appointed space, very helpful staff that showed us on how to get some coconut off of the trees in the backyard and prepared them for us the evening we arrived, quite a nice and friendly touch. Breakfast was just lovely served by two sisters and they were so friendly and polite, food was well prepared. Highly recommend this property.

Very nice villa right on the beach. Staff friendly, wonderful beds, beautiful bathrooms and a very nice price! We really felt like royalty, little details like everywhere flowers and beautifully folded towels
